About WHISSENDINE YOUTH GROUP
Our Mission
We offer youngsters aged 11 to 16 who live in or near Whissendine a chance to meet between 4.45 and 6.15 on Monday evenings in Whissendine Village Hall. At present this is term-time only but we plan to extend this to all year round in the near future. There are sports such as table tennis, as well as games and cultural activities. There are snacks for all.
Admission is open to all 11 to 16 year olds and is free.

We are delighted to report that we have received one-off grants from Whissendine Parish Council and Tesco that have enabled us to get set up and operating.
We have also just been given an award by Children in Need that will enable us to expand our activities and to keep going for at least 3 years.
